Mission: to design and implement strategies that counter the political obstacles faced by the most brutally targeted communities in the United States.
Vision: A strategically informed network of organizations and individuals that effectively defend the most targeted communities in the political arena.
Description: The Strategic Institute for Intersectional Policy (SIIP) is dedicated to designing and implementing strategies that counter the political obstacles faced by the most brutally targeted communities in the United States. It seeks to do so through education, collaboration, strategic political action and shared knowledge. The SIIP prioritizes the experience, information and mentorship provided by grass roots peer-run political groups and seeks to support these groups and their allies by:
Creating an online resource that houses the strategic, political, and statistical information needed to engage effectively in policy reform.
Supporting and promoting the work of peer-run and ally organizations that are engaged in political reform work.
Presenting campaigns that are designed to strategically counter obstacles facing the most brutally targeted communities in the United States.
